A: You will automatically receive an email acknowledging your successful recharge and advising that you are eligible to claim one (1) $10 voucher prize.
Once you’ve received your unique claim code via SMS and/or email, go to https://www.rewardroom.com.au/OPT25TEN to create an account or sign in as a guest. Then choose your state and preferred voucher. You will then receive an email within 24 hours with an $10 voucher and how to use instructions.

Q: The venue I wanted to claim is no longer listed. Why is that?
A: Some businesses have limits on the number of $10 vouchers available as part of the promotion. These limits are shown on the listing. Once these limits have been reached the businesses are removed from this promotional website.
Q: I’ve won two (2) Retail Discount prizes, can I use them both at the same time?
A. No. Only one$10 prize evoucher may be used per transaciton unless otherwise stated. If you’re lucky enough to have won more than one $10 voucher prize , you can use it on a seperate transaction.
Q: I can’t find my Retail Discount prize evoucher. Can I get another copy?
A: Yes, if you are a registered user login to your Reward Room account and select My Vouchers to access a copy of a previous voucher or to resend it via email. If you entered the site as a guest only send the team an email at support@rewardroom.com.au with your name and name of the venue, and we will provide you a link to your evoucher.

A: You will need to claim your rewardroom evoucher on this site by 23.59 on 16th Janaury 2026 and use your evoucher by 31st March 2026, unless otherwise stated on the evoucher.
