Q: How do I claim my Sports Session prize?
A: You will automatically receive an email acknowledging your successful renewal and advising that you are eligible to claim one (1) Sports Session of your choice.
Once you’ve received your unique claim code via SMS and/or email, go to https://www.rewardroom.com.au/OPT25SPORTS to create an account or sign in as a guest. Then choose your state and preferred venue. You'll receive an email within 24 hours with an eVoucher to be presented at your chosen venue/activity for your session/admission.
Q: Where can I use my Sports Session prize evoucher?
A: We’ve teamed up with a variety of online organisations and venues throughout Australia; all listed on this website.
Q: Do I need to pre-book my Sports Session session?
A: This depends on the type of activity you choose. If pre-booking is required, it will be stated on your evoucher.
Q: The venue I wanted to claim is no longer listed. Why is that?
A: Some venues/providers have limits on the number of Sports Session evouchers available as part of this prize promotion. These limits are shown on the listing. Once these limits have been reached the venues/providers are removed from this promotional website.
Q: I’ve won two (2) Sports Session prizes, can I use them both at the same time?
A. No. Only one Sports Session evoucher may be used per person per venue, unless otherwise stated. If you’re lucky enough to have won more than one Sports Session prize , you can try out a different activity.
Q: I can’t find my Sports Session prize evoucher. Can I get another copy?
A: Yes, if you are a registered user login to your Reward Room account and select My Vouchers to access a copy of a previous voucher or to resend it via email. If you entered the site as a guest only send the team an email at support@rwardroom.com.au with your name and name of the venue, and we will provide you a link to your evoucher.
Q: When do Sports Sessions evouchers need to be claimed and used?
A: You will need to claim your Sports Session evoucher on this site by 23.59 on 16th January 2026 and use your evoucher by 31st March 2026, unless otherwise stated on the evoucher.
