Eligible Customers
Eligible Customers are customers who have a 28 or 30 day amaysim service and enter the campaign via email or SMS.
Promotion Reward Benefits and Usage
Eligible Customers will receive an Experience prize from J&C Advertising comprising of
one (1) x free admission or one (1) x two for one (2 for 1) admission at participating venues, with a nominal value of up to $20.
The Experience prize is valid for redemption until the 31st January 2025.
How to Redeem the Reward
Eligible Customers automatically receive an SMS acknowledging successful renewal and advising them that they are eligible to receive one (1) experience voucher; and
Within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the SMS, amaysim will send Eligible Customers a claim code and URL with instructions to claim the Experience prize until the 31 January 2025.
Eligible Customers enter their name, email address, mobile number and claim code on the URL provided.
Eligible Customers must then select an experience to enjoy.
The Experience Voucher Reward
The Free Experience prize comprises of one (1) x free admission or one (1) x two for one (2 for 1) admission at participating venues, with a nominal value of up to $20, note that values may be lower or higher than the nominal value stated.
The Promotional Partner for the Free Experience prize is J&C Advertising (ABN 29 145 608 368).
Each Free Experience prize entitles the winner to one (1) x free admission or one (1) x 2 for 1 admission (or equivalent), adult or child, at a participating venue listed on the promotional website www.rewardroom.com.au and is subject to the terms stated here.
To claim a Free Experience prize winners must enter their Unique Prize Code and any required Personal Information on the promotional website and select a participating venue/provider to be issued with a Free Experience e- voucher. This e-voucher is sent to the winner’s nominated email address within twenty-four (24) hours.
The last date to claim the experience prize via the promotional website is 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31st January 2025.
To use the Free Experience e-voucher at a venue follow the instructions provided. Some e-vouchers may be presented via your smartphone. Other venues require the e-voucher to be printed before surrendering at the venue, to ensure the winner is not charged for the session. ID may be required for presentation with the e-voucher as proof of identity. The Free Experience e- vouchers can only be used at the venue printed on the e-voucher. No photocopies or duplications of e- vouchers will be accepted. If alternative or additional instructions apply, these will be noted on the e-voucher.
Where the Free Experience is redeemed online, a winner must follow the instructions and use the Free Experience unique code when advised. Unique codes will be valid for one use only.
Only one (1) Free Experience e-voucher may be used per person per venue, unless otherwise stated, e.g., two people for the price of one. Persons winning multiple Experience prizes will need to use their Free Experience e-vouchers at different venues/providers each time.
Some venues/providers have limits on the number of Free Experience e- vouchers available as part of this prize promotion. Once these limits have been reached the venues/providers will be removed from the promotional website.
Individual venues reserve the right to limit the total number of Free Experience e-vouchers that may be redeemed at their venue on any given day. Please contact the venue/provider in advance of redemption to avoid disappointment.
Free Experience e-vouchers are valid for one (1) use at a participating venue until 31 March 2025 unless otherwise stated. Standard terms at participating venues/providers will apply. Additional conditions of use may apply at venues/providers, e.g. restrictions of use -please check with the chosen participating venue/provider.
This Free Experience prize can be claimed online only. Access to the Internet is required. Costs associated with accessing the promotional website remain a winner’s responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service or telecommunications provider used.
Possession of a Free Experience e-voucher does not provide the e-voucher holder to any preferential treatment.
It is the responsibility of the winners to use their Free Experience e-voucher by the expiry date. No extensions or replacements can be made. Free Experience e-vouchers cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
Use of Free Experience e-vouchers are subject to promotional availability at participating venues/providers and their use may be limited during public and school holidays and other peak periods.
Free Experience e-vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher, promotion or special offer.
J&C, its respective agents and distributors are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged Free Experience e-vouchers.
J&C, its respective agents and distributors will not be responsible or liable to compensate the purchaser or other bearer or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring at the participating venue.
J&C, its respective agents and distributors do not make any contractual promise or representation regarding the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage.
Any statutory rights the winners may have remain unaffected.
Any dispute pertaining to the use of a Free Experience e-voucher is strictly between the winner and the participating venue/provider.
The Free Experience prize is subject to promotional availability. J&C reserves the right to withdraw and then substitute a Free Experience prize with another prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation. For example, if a venue closes, a replacement Free Experience e-voucher may be issued for another venue/provider.
Timeframes for delivery indicated in these terms and conditions may be affected by circumstances outside of the controlof J&C, including, but not limited to strikes, fires, floods, earthquakes, other natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, and blackouts. J&C will not be liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of its control.
J&C collects personal information in order to award the Free Experience prize and may, for this purpose only, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Prize claims are conditional on providing this information. For avoidance of doubt, by claiming this prize via the promotional website, the winner does not provideconsent and J&C is not permitted to use the winner’s Personal Information for any other purpose (including, forexample, marketing purposes not connected to the Amaysim Actvity 2024 promotion). What happens when the Promotion Period expire?
Customers will no longer receive a Free Activity voucher reward upon renewal of an eligible plan.
Important Promotion Details
The Free Activity voucher claim code reward will be sent via SMS within 24 hours of an eligible plan renewal.
Please be aware: amaysim will continue to monitor the Promotion for any suspicious activity (including instances of abuse and fraud) and will investigate any suspected instances of abuse or breach of these Promotion terms and
conditions.
General Conditions
All other conditions of the amaysim Standard Form of Agreement, Fair Go Policy and the Price Table apply to the Eligible Customer’s agreement with amaysim.
